| FEEDING SECTION |
| The feeding section comprised of vibrator, hopper, and drug powder collector, all parts are prepared using stainless steel material. As soon as capsule passed through vibrator slight quantity of drug gets collected inside collector made up of stainless steel material. |

| INSPECTION SECTION |
| The particular section comprised of high grade conveyor belt having variable speed and lighting system necessary to inspect tablets or capsules on different levels. While capsules while moving on to conveyor belts, they are revolves around axis because of angular guides. Here you can filter out defective capsules from perfect pieces. Now they can be removed away easily either manually or by puckers. |

| POLISHING SECTION |
| The polishing section comprised of several components, these are filter cloth and two stainless steel chambers, nylon brush. Powder collector, and at the end vacuum dust collector too. In this section, capsules move freely from one end to another end of brush. During this movement, they are subjected to fix between nylon bristles and also sucked by vacuum dust collector. There are two stainless steel chambers where capsules are get polished twice and removed away. When they are removed from machine, capsules are completely polished, clean and glossy too. |
